Luibuenos’s Haleiwa is celebrating seven years in business in a big way: Tomorrow, from 2 to 10 p.m., the restaurant will offer a special four-course prix fixe menu, featuring all-new menu items created by executive chef Jose Terrero, the most recent addition to the Luibueno’s team. Hailing from Puerto Rico, Terrero continues to bring authentic Latin flavor to every dish; in his new creations, he adds his own twist for contemporary cuisine you won’t find anywhere else on the Island.
The four-course prix fixe menu is available tomorrow only by reservation, with proceeds benefiting the Kōkua Foundation. But don’t worry if you can't make the event—chef Terrero’s new dishes will be a permanent addition to the menu and available to order the next time you’re in Haleiwa. Luibueno’s is open for lunch, happy hour and dinner, Monday through Sunday, 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
