Going Coastal

Few do the feel-good vibe better than Eden in Love. Brimming with sweet-as-can-be keiki finds, adorable office accessories and sundresses in cheery hues, a stop at the local boutique is an instant pick-me-up. And now, the brand is taking its sunny demeanor shoreside with a third storefront at International Market Place.

As a nod to the iconic surf neighborhood, owners Tanna and Bryson Dang infused the shop with coast-modern touches. Beachy wood panels complement Eden in Love’s signature floral wallpaper and gilded trees. And the merchandise mix reflects a salty hair, don’t care lifestyle: pineapple-print sundresses from Ki-ele, wave bangles from Maimoda Jewelry and monstera-print midi dresses from Rokoko, all of which are only available at the Waikīkī location.

The Dangs went heavy on the exclusives to help set the shop apart from its Ward counterpart. Also in the Waikīkī-only lineup are shaka kids tees from Izzy & Luke, Elly Lu plush narwhals and cheeky Little Arrow pins featuring cat lady phrases and sunglasses-clad dachshunds.

Trend & Snap

Framed pop art prints, whimsical landscape photography and a cheeky neon sign proclaiming that “it was all a dream” set the stage for a fun shopping experience at local boutique Homecoming Honolulu’s new outpost at Ala Moana Center.

The shop’s original Chinatown location is known for stocking trend-forward fashions and here it’s no different. A roll call of the latest must-haves is front and center—’90s-style slip dresses, henley bodysuits, distressed denim and matching top-bottom sets.

Personally, we can’t get enough of the shop’s statement throw-practicality-to-the-wing accessories, including furry slides, crushed-velvet pyramid pouches and mini cylindrical cross-body bags in silver and gold, all coming home with us ASAP.
