Lo-Fi, High Art

I ran across a fantastic batch of Oahu photos the other day while trawling around Flickr. A photographer who goes by the handle “art y fotos” creates atmospheric shots of natural landscapes and urban alleyways using a pinhole camera he built himself out of a bamboo candy dish. It’s amazing the depth of color and detail that can be achieved with no glass lens at all, just a tiny hole in a box and some film.
