Elsie has more than 30 years as a real estate agent and is the Principal Broker for Foster Realty, Inc., representing clients in the purchase, management and sales of property in Leeward O‘ahu. She also works with several lending institutions as an REO specialist, and has served on both the Grievance Committee and Professional Standards Committee for the Honolulu Board of Realtors.
