r. Neil Oishi is a board-certified, dual-degree oral and maxillofacial surgeon. After graduating from Punahou School in 2002, he earned his dental degree from the University of Southern California, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class and was inducted into the OKU National Dental Honor Society. He went on to obtain his medical degree and complete his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Florida.

In 2017, Dr. Oishi joined Dr. Todd Haruki at Pacific Maxillofacial Center, which focuses on wisdom teeth removal, dental implant placement and bone grafting procedures. They continue to incorporate the latest techniques and technologies—including X-NAV CBCT guided implant surgery to improve accuracy of implant placement, Trios intraoral scanning to improve comfort of impressions, and platelet-rich fibrin with natural growth factors to accelerate and enhance healing of bone grafting procedures—to provide better outcomes and a more comfortable patient experience.

Above all else, Drs. Oishi and Haruki are committed to the safety of their patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to the standard social distancing and mask requirements, Pacific Maxillofacial Center utilizes powerful air purifying systems, hypochlorous acid fogging, and strict sanitization protocols to protect their patients and staff.
