Bert Sakuda is one of seven Best Lawyers at Cronin Fried Sekiya Kekina & Fairbanks, Hawai‘i’s largest personal injury law office, which is recognized in Best Law Firms in America, and has earned the US News top tier ranking for law firms representing victims of serious personal injury or death.

Bert Sakuda has received two Lawyer of the Year awards for 2018 – Products Liability and Mass Tort/Class Action. He has been involved in many product liability and mass tort cases over the past 39 years, including, defective design and manufacture of automobiles, military equipment, building supplies, household agricultural chemicals, medication, water contamination affecting thousands of residents, unfair insurance practices involving hundreds of policies, and the Kaloko dam disaster that killed seven people and damaged dozens of properties.
