Late Bite Affair

A great Valentine’s Day dinner? It’s just not in the cards.

Round one at a favorite romantic café: Your adorable pair was bumped out by a full house.
Round two at a four-star restaurant: A menu priced for royals trumped your budget and sent you straight out the door.
Round three at the newest hot spot: The town’s all in and the packed room is making you feel flushed.

The chips are down and you’re ready to fold, until we pull out a few aces. We turned to HONOLULU Magazine Food Editor Martha Cheng to come up with five places where you can still slide in for dessert for under fifteen dollars.

A few bites should restore your heart in spades, even if it doesn't come with a diamond.
