What: Stop by Genki Sushi's renovated Ala Moana restaurant to experience its brand-new double rail sushi delivery system. Minutes after you punch your order into the table's touch screen, a serving tray resembling Japan's Shinkansen shoots it directly from the kitchen to your table. Don't worry, fans of the old-school conveyer belt method can still pick up rotating sushi plates when seated in the main dining area.
