Earlier this month, Chef Mavro announced that due to popular demand the restaurant will be extending the availability of its Boeuf a la Bourguigonne movie menu, inspired by Julia Child and "Julie & Julia," through the end of September. Since the end September is quickly approaching, don’t miss out on your chance to enjoy the special selection as well as Chef Mavro’s summer 2009 menu.
For the extended run, The Julia Child Tribute menu is also available every day Tuesday-Saturdays.
“Demand for our Boeuf a la Bourguignonne movie menu is huge so we’re going to keep cooking. Guests are coming in to dine, talk about Julie & Julia, reminisce about Julia Child’s TV show and their own experiences cooking from her recipes. Everyone is having a great time!” exclaimed Chef Mavro.
The Movie Menu features three recipes from the movie Julie & Julia and, although specially priced, includes all the Chef Mavro extras: pre-appetizer, pre-dessert and the grand finale house-made sweets.

The 3-course Julia Child Tribute menu is available for $59.
There are also two special beverage options with the menu: Julia Child’s famous “reverse martini” ($9) as well as a special wine selection Domaine Chofflet-Valdenaire, 2004 Givry 1er cru Burgundy ($13 glass/$65 bottle).
