At the end of July, I wrote about a three-bedroom townhouse at Puu Alii in Kaneohe, which sold in mid-October for $6,000 above its list price. With the market on Oahu so tight now, it’s easy to imagine why well kept properties don’t last long.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse, also in Puu Alii, was just listed last week. What I really love about these units are the 20-foot high ceilings in the living area. It makes the space feel so airy and open.
