“The whole community centers around the marina and marina front activities, stores, and restaurants. People move toHawaii Kai for the access to the water, boating, skiing, paddle boarding and other activities,” says realtor Jane Davis of East Oahu Realty. “That’s why the community’s annual Christmas parade is on the water. Someone buying in Niumalu might get a front row seat to the annual boat parade and festivities.”
