Home Stretch

You usually love your group workouts at the gym, but sometimes, there’s no place like home. A little breathing room is nice when you feel like stretching solo.

Get the best of both worlds with these local yoga and Pilates classes. Each has a matching DVD, so when you can’t make it into the classroom, you can always do a little homework.

So watch and learn — the extra effort may just move you to the head of the class.
