After debuting in Palo Alto, California, in 2022, then expanding to other West Coast cities, the popular Holo Holo Music Festival makes its first-ever O‘ahu appearance this month at Bishop Museum. The can’t-miss concerts for island and reggae music lovers feature artists J Boog, Katchafire, Landon McNamara, Eli-Mac, Fia and Johnny Suite on Saturday, Oct. 18, while The Green, Josh Totofi, Collie Buddz, Ooklah the Moc, Paula Fuga and Kanaka Fyah perform Oct. 19.

Dan Sheehan, co-owner of Good Vibez Presents, organizer of the event, grew up in ‘Ewa Beach and has described island music and reggae as “the soundtracks of my childhood.”
