Hoku's Italian Film Festival menu

Hoku’s at the Kahala will be celebrating the Italian Film Festival with a special menu from September 22-26th.

Chef Wayne Hirabayashi has created a special three-course menu which can be enjoyed before or after taking in the 7th annual Italian Film Festival (September 23-26) at Kahala Mall. See more details about the festival.

First course

Burrata, Roasted Beet & Arugula Pizza
Smoked Tomato Coulis, Fresh Basil

Second course

Porcini, Pancetta, Treviso & Day Boat Scallops
House Made Fettuccine, Quail Egg, Olive Oil

Third course

Ricotta Panna Cotta with Espresso Gelee
Pine Nut Amoretti

The special menu is offered in addition to the a la carte menu for the cost of $45 (plus tax & gratuity); menu will be available nightly from 5:30 to 10:30 pm.
