Once upon a time, in a land not so far away, there was a busy woman who gave birth to two adorable babies. No, she didn't have twins. Cheri Kurata-Kimura welcomed a daughter on one hand and a baby product business on the other.

Under the Honolulu mom's tender, loving care, both are going through major growth spurts. Late last year, a pregnant Kurata-Kimura started Hiilani: A Baby Story as a simple craft project of burpees and blankets for Hiilani, her baby-to-be, but after reaching out to stores and visiting craft fairs, her little business bump grew as quickly as her baby one.

Now, the teething brand is blossoming into a beautiful array of onesies, burp cloths and irresistably soft baby blankets in fun fabrics – sweet butterflies and cherry blossoms, stylish anchors, chevrons and mustaches, even bright tie-dyes (and yes, they're all daughter-approved, awww!).

Hiilani: A Baby Story has already crawled into two Oahu stores and its own Etsy shop. Expect that crawl to turn into a dash as Kurata-Kimura focuses on new styles and patterns designed to stimulate babies as well as fashion-forward mommies.

So they can all live happily ever after.
