The Gold Coast, at the quiet end of Waikīkī, is home to 20 condominium buildings along the water. While prices can be high for the most luxurious of the buildings, there are some more reasonable rents available, too. Colony Surf 1503, listed for rent on the MLS by Pamela Landrum (weisrose@yahoo.com), is available for $2,600 per month, and has stunning views of the ocean and busy Kaimana Beach. It’s pet friendly, available by month or long-term, and is a 560-square-foot one-bedroom with one parking stall.
