Each month at Hiroshi Eurasion Tapas, Chef Hiroshi Fukui features a new “locally grown” menu with four prix fixe courses that highlight the Islands best produce. The "Locally Grown" menu is only available on Sundays & Mondays for $35 per person (not including tax & gratuity).

First Course
Pepper Seared Ahi Sushi
shiso, yuzukosho, white sesame seeds, grilled scallions & yuzu vinaigrette
Second Course
Bacon Wrapped Kauai Shrimp & Nalo Green Salad
sweet chili dipping sauce & mustard sesame vinaigrette, Hau’ula tomato with angel hair potato
Main Course
Maui Cattle Beef Eggplant “Sandwich”
ume musubi, thinly sliced cabbage & yellow mustard chicken “demi” sauce

“Island Banana “Puff”
