Hartwell Wine Dinner with Grand Cafe

Grand Cafe & Bakery executive chef Tony Vierra will create the menu for a special tasting event at HASR Wine Co. The event will take place on Thursday, October 1st in the courtyard of HASR Wine Co, next to Grand Cafe and Bakery. It will feature wines from Hartwell Estates. A 2 ounce pour of each of these wines will be paired with the menu from chef Tony.

Here’s a look at chef Tony’s 3-course menu:
- Simple green salad –
Grape tomato, carrot, cucumber with sherry vinagarette - 1/2 Game hen with spicy tomato fondue
- Peppered New York Steak with cranberry demi and creamy polenta ratatouille

This event is limited to first 20 people and the cost is $50 per person.
