Every first Tuesday at E&O Trading Company, get together with fellow green-minded folks for the monthly Green Drinks networking pau hana. The event is a global party – Green Drinks events are held regularly in more than 320 cities worldwide – that started in 1989 as a way for those with strong environmental interests to meet others. Honolulu ’s Green Drinks attracts professionals working in clean energy, sustainable architecture and design and other industries, as well as those who just feel passionate about living green.

In keeping with the theme, host E&O offers up a menu of cocktails made with the locally produced, organic Ocean vodka (try the basil-infused martini), plus gourmet pupus such as locally raised Kona Kampachi spring rolls and other healthy snacks like Eurasian chicken skewers and naan breads.

Who says it’s not easy being green?
