HouseMart Eats is a compilation of 133 recipes, some of which were passed down through generations or are a spur-of-the-moment experiment gone right. Others are dishes that evoke fond memories. Submitted by HouseMart’s Hawaiʻi, Washington, Nevada and Oregon employees and community partners, this limited-edition cookbook celebrates the company’s great diversity, as it consists of a melting pot of people, cultures and life experiences. Recipes include Grandma Mat’s ‘Ono Hawaiian Prawns, spicy Chayote Squash, Saipan Red Rice, Irish Soda Bread, German and Raw Apple Cake, sweet White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Blondies and even Peanut Butter Dog Treats.
