Fiesta Chicken and Rice Bake

A tasty one-dish Mexican-inspired meal the whole family will love

Ingredients:

  • 1 (Unit) can Campbell’s Condensed Tomato Soup (10 3/4 ounces)
  • 0 c (Cup) water
  • 0 c (Cup) uncooked, regular, long-grain white rice
  • 1 t (Teaspoon) chili powder
  • 4 (Unit) skinless, boneless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
  • 0 c (Cup) shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

1. Stir the soup, water, rice and chili powder in a 2-quart, shallow baking dish. Place the chicken on the rice mixture. Sprinkle with additional chili powder, if desired. Cover the baking dish.

2. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender. Sprinkle with cheese.
