SoHi Fitness Bootcamp
One look at Megan Clark and you’ll see that she isn’t joking when she says you will soon be in the best shape of your life. Come prepared to sprint, jump, run ladders, throw medicine balls and more. Stroller Striders Leeward Oahu
Stroller Striders workouts are perfect for parents who don’t want to use or don’t have access to childcare during their workouts. Children of any age who are happy to be in a stroller are welcome. Classes consist of walking and running intervals and strength training, and are a great way to make mom-friends. This daily yoga class is located on the wide lawn of beautiful Kapiolani Park. Bharat Das has a devoted following of students, some of whom have been practicing with him for more than a decade. Bragg Exercise Group
The Bragg Group meets six days a week in Waikiki, and has been going strong for over 40 years. Fifty to a hundred people meet for 90 minutes of oceanfront calisthenics and stretching.
