Amy Eck is the happiest, cutest former Marine I’ve ever met. At her sunrise beach workout, she’ll lead you through a tough core routine and a group run (or walk, if you prefer.) Stroller Striders Leeward Oahu

Stroller Striders workouts are perfect for parents who don’t want to use or don’t have access to childcare during their workouts. Children of any age who are happy to be in a stroller are welcome. Classes consist of walking and running intervals and strength training, and are a great way to make mom-friends. Classes take place at Puuloa Waterfront, Kapolei Regional Park, Central Oahu Regional Park, and Schofield Barracks. Miss the late night dancing of your college days? Try Zumba on the waterfront at Hawaii Kai Towne Center. Bragg Exercise Group

The Bragg Group meets six days a week in Waikiki, and has been going strong for over 40 years. Fifty to a hundred people meet for 90 minutes of oceanfront calisthenics and stretching.
