At Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery, there are many options to elevate the look and feel of your home. If you’re searching for something elegant and long-lasting, consider products from DXV, which recently launched its Étre Kitchen Collection. Specifically, this collection comprises the Étre pull-down kitchen faucet, pull-down bar faucet, apron-front sinks and soap dispenser.

“The line is sleek, clean and modern,” says Jean-Jacques L’Henaff of LIXIL Global Design. “Each piece offers an elegant blend of exquisite design, practicality and functionality and the faucets are offered in five beautiful finishes.”

The Étre pull-down kitchen faucet and bar faucet are offered in polished chrome, ultra steel, matte black, satin brass and mixed matte black satin brass. To prevent drips, a ceramic disc valve cartridge is built into each kitchen faucet, says L’Henaff.

Additionally, the Étre apron-front sinks are made in Italy, crafted with fireclay and given smooth, glossy canvas white finishes. “During the firing process, the fine fireclay is fired at 1,600 degrees Fahrenheit, resulting in a highly durable and resistant foundation, and a glaze coating is fused with the fireclay,” explains L’Henaff. The end result is a fully natural thermal shock- and stain-resistant sink. The sink also features an extra-deep 10-inch basin.

The collection’s Étre soap dispenser complements the kitchen and bar faucets. It boasts a classic design that fills from the top for quick and easy refills of soap or hand lotion, and a durable push-pump with a 2 ⅜-inch spout reach, explains L’Henaff.

“The Étre Kitchen Collection is a take on ‘machine-age modernism,’ a time when design influencers centered on functionality and practicality,” says L’Henaff. “Reflecting on this era, DXV was able to home in on an elevated level of tactility and purpose, resulting in a collection of products that provide discerning customers with a level of beauty only achieved when every detail is perfectly designed and executed. The craftsmanship of the era was meticulous, yet functionally beautiful and sophisticated.”

L’Henaff says the collection stands out because of its beauty and strength. “Leveraging precision-engineered knurling technology often found in high-end audio equipment and other luxury goods, every detail of Étre is elegant and functional. The collection seamlessly elevates the experience of everyday living and easily complements a classic, clean and modern aesthetic.”
