Apparel line Nuinani just opened a temporary shop in Kailua. Brothers Adam and Ben Worrel feature the full collection of their designs hand-printed on super-soft organic cotton, recycled polyester, and rayon. But there are a few small surprises in store.

Take one small step toward their brand-new kids collection of comfy tees emblazoned with playful whales, welcoming chicks, or colorful palm trees. Browse exclusive jewelry made from vintage postcards by Morgan Lane-Tanner or marvel over the debut of a more affordable line by ki-ele creator Marylea Conrad.

Take one giant leap in the direction of Sseko footwear. The cool leather sandals with interchangeable straps are handmade in Uganda by women working their way toward a university education.

Nuinani’s prices range between $20 and $50 and five percent of every sale  goes to the World Children’s Hunger Fund.  The store will be open at least through the holidays.
