D’vine Kailua Wine Bar houses more than 40 wines—curated by co-owner Maureen Willett and D’vine’s own certified sommelier, Melissa Mosher—that guests can try by the glass or as a flight, plus a rounded food menu of charcuterie, caprese, panini and desserts. D’vine also has an in-house bottle shop for oenophiles who want to take one or two favorites home with them. Guests are welcome to join its wine club, which shares daily discounts and monthly specials with subscribers.
