Easter Brunch at Beachhouse

The Westin Moana Surfrider invites guests to enjoy an Easter brunch buffet with family and friends at Beachhouse at the Moana on Sunday April 12 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Enjoy a champagne brunch buffet with strolling Hawaiian musicians and a surprise visit from the Easter bunny for $75 per person plus tax and service charge ($60 per person without champagne) and children under 12 at $30 per person, kids under 5 eat free.
Here’s a look at the Easter Brunch Buffet Menu:
Cold Entrees:
Imported and domestic cheeses served with lavosh & crackers
An array of cold platters including ahi sashimi with shoyu mustard, peel n’eat shrimps, tako poke and ahi poke, smoked salmon with mini bagels, sour cream, capers and onions, and assorted maki & inari sushi.
A selection of salads including Caesar salad station, Chinese chicken salad, hamakua tomato & buffalo mozarella, ocean salad, strawberry and baby spinach with bleu cheese and pignoli, avocado and grapefruit salad with red onion, cool cheese tortellini with roasted peppers, baby shrimp and basil, new potato salad with snipped chives, Grecian button mushrooms and grape tomatoes, baby field greens and assorted dressings.
Soup of the Day:
Roasted kahuku corn & shrimp chowder with an assortment of freshly baked bread rolls and hot cross buns.
Carving Station:
Slow roasted Hawaiian salted prime rib of beef with horseradish cream and rosemary merlot jus, roast loin of pork with dried fruit stuffing and apple cider demi glace, Greek style roast leg of lamb with garlic, lemon & fresh herbs, and tequila pomegranate sauce.
Hot Entrees:
Fire-grilled Atlantic salmon filet with sweet pepper cilantro confetti & yuzu kosho ginger nage, portabello mushroom ravioli with eggplant ratatouille and mozarella cheese gratinee, Thai style seafood curry with lemongrass & okinawan sweet potatoes, and free range chicken breast with shiitake rissoto and apricot cassis sauce.
Scalloped potatoes au gratin with aged gruyere cheese, apple crepes with vanilla sauce, eggs benedict with Canadian bacon & ‘kula’ orange hollandaise sauce, crispy applewood smoked bacon & link sausage, roasted medley spring vegetables and jasmine scented rice.
Desserts & Fruits
Dutch apple tart, coconut cake, assorted mousses, Italian cheesecake, tiramisu, haupia torte, fresh fruit tart, macadamia nut cream tart, sacher torte, French pastries, chocolate macadamia nut torte, raspberry mousse cake, chocolate whipped tart, Dino’s apple banana bread pudding with kahlua vanilla sauce, mango dofu and an assortment of sliced seasonal fruits.
