Lahaina Grill will also host a special Winemaker’s Dinner on Tuesday, June 9 at 6 p.m.. Richard Olson III, Lahaina Grill’s sommelier and Mark Neal, Neal Family Vineyards of Napa Valley will present a delicious pairing of Neal Family wines.

The dinner will feature a prix fixe four-course menu:
Start with a Glass of Bubbly – Adami, garbel, prosecco di Italia NV. Then enjoy the four-courses:
BUFALA TOMATO SALAD
Hana tomatoes, Bufala mozzarella, truffle oil, aged balsamic vinaigrette, seasoned with black kilauea sea salt.
Paired with Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc, Neal Family Vineyards
MACADAMIA NUT SMOKED KUROBUTA PORK CHOP
All natural, organic American pork, Poblano chile and Dungeness crab golden potato hash, pickled red cabbage and apples, pomegranate demi-glace
Paired with Napa Valley Zinfandel, Neal Family Vineyards
KONA COFFEE ROASTED RACK OF LAMB
Light coffee-cabernet demi-glace, herb infused mashed potatoes
