Hawai‘i’s biggest mixology festival takes over the entire month of July at International Market Place’s craft cocktail-forward collection of restaurants.
Each week will feature a different spirit theme and exclusive cocktail and pūpū pairings at Eating House 1849, Flour & Barley, Herringbone, StripSteak, Yauatcha and The Street Food Hall by Michael Mina.
July 1–7: Vodka
July 8–14: Tequila
July 15–21: Whiskey
July 22–31: Rum
Every Thursday throughout July will feature a Battle of the Bartenders at 4:30 p.m. in Queen’s Court. It’s a mix-off as Waikīkī’s best barkeeps go head to head and shaker to shaker to create the winning cocktail.
Plus, there’ll be live entertainment every Saturday at 4:30 p.m. in Queen’s Court. Driving in? No worries! It’s easy with discounted parking with validation.
