Cooking With Chef Keith

On Tuesday, September 8th, Vino Italian Tapas will host a "Cooking Demo with Chef Keith" featuring Italian food demonstrations.

Chef Keith has recently returned from another trip to the mainland where he worked with three different Italian food specialists. One of his teachers was a pasta maestro who worked at some of the top Michelin starred restaurants in Italy. Chef Keith will be teaching a little bit of what he learned during this demonstration. The event will also be an opportunity for attendees to taste some of these pasta dishes.
There will be 3 different Italian food themed demos:
- Linguine Pasta & Pomodoro Sauce
- Pork & Veal Tortellini
- Braised Oxtail Ravioli
The demos will give you a chance to learn to cook these dishes at home or at least understand more about how each dish is made.
The demo cost is $36 a person (not including tax & gratuity).

VINO will also host a communal table dinner event on Thursday, September 10th at 6 p.m. promptly. Chef Keith is still designing the menu, but it will offer an opportunity to be a little adventuresome by featuring some free range rabbit!
