Hiroshi Eurasion Tapas is preparing for two special cooking demonstrations on deconstructing and using large fish and working with BBQ meats and has announced the new "Locally Grown" menu for April. Plus they continue their special "At the Bar" promotion.

On Tuesday, April 13th at 6 p.m., chef Hiroshi Fukui will present a cooking demonstration entitled "Deconstruction and Use of Large Fish".
This demonstration was inspired in part by the current economic climate and how many of us are buying in bulk to try and save some money in the long run and stretch our dollars further.
Learn what you can do with three different types of bulk fish. Chef Hiroshi will show you how to break it down or "deconstruct" – and then give you some great ideas and tips for how to use it all!
The program will consist of a demonstration, recipes and a 4 course dinner. $39 per person.
Then on Tuesday, April 27th at 6 p.m., Chef Hiroshi will offer a cooking demonstration entitled "Working with Meats".
Chef Hiroshi is putting together another demonstration on how to best work with these dinner and barbeque staples. Techniques like grilling, braising and smoking will be discussed. Check with the restaurant for more updates as the date gets closer.

A new month, also means a new "locally grown" menu. The special menu is only offered on Sundays & Mondays and features freshly prepared local produce.

Weekdays for Happy hour, offered at both Hiroshi Eurasion Tapas and Vino Italian Tapas, you can get 50% off food ordered from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. when you dine at the bar.
All seating is on a first come first served basis and all orders must be in by 6:30 pm.
