Challenge Your Keiki to Become Stakeholders in Hawai‘i’s Future
(Sponsored) The Hawaii: Next 50 Contest is now accepting entries.
The Hawaii: Next 50 contest challenges local youth to become stakeholders in our state’s future by considering what we can do to make Hawai‘i the best place to live, work and play.
All Hawai‘i students in Grades 4–12 are invited to present their visions for the future Hawai‘i through an essay, poster or video submission. As part of Hawaii: Next 50, all entrants will receive a copy of former Governor George R. Ariyoshi’s book, Hawaii: The Past Fifty Years, The Next Fifty Years (Watermark Publishing, 2009).
Winning entries will be awarded prizes and appear on hawaiinext50.com.
