Cafe Sistina Introduces New Specials

Cafe Sistina chef/owner Sergio Mitrotti has announced a new lineup of seasonal specials at his award-winning Northern Italian cuisine restaurant on King Street.

The menu offers a range of new dishes like the delicate, unknown Italian classic, Special Cotto Prosciutto, and favorites chef Sergio is bringing back for a limited time. Individual menu prices are listed next to the dishes and range from under $10 for appetizers and $15.75 to $25.75 for entrees.
Antipasto
- Rabbit (new) or Maroccan lamb sausage – $9.75
Red and green bell peppers, fresh spinach, onions and garlic in a zesty sauce over polenta. - Special Cotto Prosciutto – $8.75 (new)
Cooked Italian prosciutto with a truffle infusion - Escargot (Lumache)
Imported from France, but blessed with an Italian butter garlic sauce over polenta

Arborio rice simmered with roasted meats, herbs with mushrooms in a light tomato sauce. - Pollo Noci E Marsala – $15.75

Sauteed in extra virgin olive oil and garlic, a touch of roasted tomatoes with fresh egg tagliolini - Special Bouillabaisse – $25.75 (new)
