Breadth of Fresh Air
Surface to Air Men's exclusive Hawaii debut

We just got off the phone with Santa and we've got good news to report. Turns out, you made the "nice" list this year. Woo.
So now we can give you your Christmas present: a handsome, well-dressed man.
Well, okay. You need to provide the man. But after that, we can totally take care of the handsome, well-dressed part.
Sneak a peek at Surface to Air Men, a menswear collection from a French design group that makes its Hawaii debut at Collins & 8th's menswear pop-up shop next week.
Local stylist and pop-up curator Geremy Campos selected the label for its understated, yet luxurious basics with unique twists that reflect the company's visionary work in fashion, film and design. (Side note: Surface to Air also produces creative videos and is known to collaborate with artists and musicians like Kings of Leon and Kid Cudi.)
Below, Campos reveals his favorite S2A pieces from the pop-up and how to style them. "These are the clothes that will make you feel special every time you wear them," he says.

Bering Knit, $200
Ultra soft merino wool crew neck knit pullover with small square pocket and unfinished seams. "The soft merino wool gives you a sense of luxury while the leather tab detail on the back gives this basic sweater a little more interest. I'd layer it over the Uni Shirt or simply wear it by itself with the sleeves pushed up."
Uni Shirt, $220
A classic slim-fitted two-tone brushed cotton shirt featuring a neat collar with contrast at placket and cuffs. "What I love most about this shirt is the fit, but I also love that it's two-toned! I'd wear it with a contrasting bow tie or under a nice cardigan for a night on the town."
Bob Shirt, $220
This revisited western shirt has a slim fit, pearl snap buttons on placket and cuffs, and diamond-shaped pockets with double snap buttons. "This is probably my favorite shirt. It juxtaposes the traditional shape of a western shirt with a modern colorway. I'll be wearing this every single day with the buttons all the way up."
Wire Shirt, $220
1950s-inspired cotton straight fit button down shirt with subtle selvage detail and embroidered logo at pocket. "Relaxed, casual, easy. This is the shirt for a guy that wants to look put together without trying. The straight fit mimics the wear of a regular tee but the subtle stripe and collar definitely elevate his casual sense of fashion."
Slim Fit Jean, $240
Slim fit, five-pocket denim jean with engraved rivets and embroidery on back pocket. "Surface to Air co-founder Aldric Speer put it best when he said, 'If you can find that perfect-fitting jean, it can upgrade your sex appeal instantly.'"
