Pau Maui Vodka
Launched less than a year ago, Pau Maui Vodka is completely produced — from distillation to bottling — in Hawai'i. Made with Maui Gold Pineapple, and Menehune water, the vodka is extra clean tasting. In fact, the pineapple flavor completely disappears during the distillation and filtration process. And thanks to the glass stills used in distillation, it’s super pure. Which means you can cut the Goose loose. Available at Brasserie Du Vin, 1115 Bethel St., 808.545.1115 and at The Liquor Collection, 1050 Ala Moana Blvd., 808.524.8808. For more info, call 808.214.8801 or click here.
Maui Rum
Distilled and bottled on the slopes of Haleakala volcano, Maui Rum is made from locally-grown Puunene sugar cane molasses. It comes in three tasty varieties—a clear Platinum with caramel and vanilla undertones, a spiced, earthy Dark with hints of coffee, and a smooth Gold aged in former Jim Beam oak casks with the whisky notes to prove it. And all benefit from the higher thus cooler than usual distillation altitude which results in fuller, richer tasting flavors. Available at select retailers throughout Hawai'i. Ocean Vodka
The name says it all. The secret to this Maui vodka's deliciously crisp taste is ultra-pure MaHaLo Hawaii Deep Sea Water. More than just your average local tap, this special high-quality H20 is drawn from 3,000 feet below the ocean's surface off the Kona Coast of the Big Island, making it extra cold, free of surface pollutants, and mineral-rich. The water is then gently desalinated and balanced before being blended with organic sugar cane spirits and bottled in Kahului. Available at select retailers throughout Hawai'i.
