As one of Hawai‘i’s top makeup artists, Risa Hoshino (pictured) knows a thing or two about staying cool in sticky situations. Over the years, she’s worked photo shoots on blazing hot beaches; in sweltering jungles; and on dry, dusty ranches. So, when she debuted Future of Cool, a new line of grab-and-go body wipes developed with friends Melissa Lee and Lindsey Dalrymple Carroll, we took notice. Made in the U.S. with biodegradable plant fibers, The Wipes both clean and deodorize. While the textured sheets gently exfoliate, rosemary oil and witch hazel soothe the skin and menthol and peppermint oil leave you cool and refreshed. The trio also have a bar soap and cooling spray in the works that you’ll want to keep an eye out for. —BT
