Combining state-of-the-art technology, an engaging personality and an insatiable quest to make dentistry more comfortable for her patients, Dr. Jaclyn Palola credits her successful practice to warm, welcoming team members who make patients feel like family. Dr. Palola received her dental degree at Rutgers University and General Practice Residency certificate at the Queen’s Medical Center.

Dr. Palola understands that today’s patients prioritize health, comfort and convenience. She addresses patients’ health by customizing therapy to target the specific bacteria contributing to gum disease. To enhance comfort and convenience, Dr. Palola uses technology like the Dental Vibe to decrease pain during numbing and CEREC to create single-visit crowns and digital impressions for Invisalign.

Passionate about doing good, Dr. Palola teaches dental residents at the Queen’s Medical Center every week and cares for medically complex patients under general anesthesia. During the year, she provides discounted whitening, donating 100 percent of the proceeds to children’s charities like Smiles for Life and Make a Wish Hawaii. The Palola Dental Team was also recently recognized for being Top Volunteers at the annual Give Kids a Smile Hawaii community event, where over 100 keiki received free cleanings, screening and fluoride.
