Beauty School: With a Twist

Here's a Fashion Week look you can get right now: a sweet and surprisingly simple hairstyle inspired by the models at Suno's Spring 2013 runway show.

And, thanks to Paul Brown hairstylist Genny Calleja, it's absolutely free.

	Part your hair off to one side. Starting at the top of your head, pick up the main front section and divide into two.

	Start twisting the sections together, wrapping the hair away from your face. As you work your way down, take small sections of hair framing your face and add it to the twist.

	Every so often, scrunch the twist, pushing it up toward your part to loosen.

	Once you reach your ear and all the hair framing your face has been incorporated, combine both sections in one hand and keep twisting until you reach the top of your shoulder. Secure the end of the twist with an elastic.

	Insert bobby pins along the twist to secure it to your scalp.

	Repeat the process on the opposite side of the part, twisting toward your face. Keep in mind this section will be smaller than the first.

	Anchor both twists at the nape of the neck, each with two criss-crossed bobby pins.

	Gather all your hair into a low ponytail and secure with an elastic.

	Divide the ponytail into two sections and twist. Then, pinch the ends together with one hand and use the other hand to loosen the twist.

	Wrap your hair around the base of your ponytail, forming a low bun.

	Secure firmly with bobby pins. Use a fine-toothed comb to smooth flyaways and finish with hairspray.
