Formerly cozy Kai Boutique opened its doors in a bigger space off of Kailua Road stocked with beachy chic clothes and swimsuits, locally-designed jewelry, breezy home accessories and one big fringe benefit in the loft: lash wizard Kristen Wood’s new beauty boutique.
The eyelash and manicure areas feature Wood’s signature vintage glamorous decor so clients coming for faux mink or mink lashes, or the soon-to-be-added Minx nails or pedicure services will certainly feel like a princess. Then continue the pampering downstairs where
Kai owners Shannon Jenkins and Beverly Binney pull great looks by Susanna Monaco, Sunahara, and Ohm Girl finished off with jewelry like Hinu’s gold-dipped shells strung on colorful cords or flirty pieces by Rockabella Jewels.
Meaning you can walk in feeling like an ugly duckling and walk out a swan.
