Camp Bennett
These evening beach workouts with Amy Bennett, a former Marine drill sergeant and one of Oahu ’s top triathletes, will help you finally stick to your guns when it comes to exercising. Each workout is a mix of running, calisthenics and some custom training moves she developed to improve her own racing performance.

Hawaii Adventure Boot Camp
While he was in the Army, Kaneohe native Kalani Ng trained many of his comrades who needed to get in shape to pass the military’s rigorous physical fitness tests. As a civilian coach, his sunrise boot camp classes meet five days a week for a one-month tour of duty and involve all kinds of strength, endurance and flexibility drills.

Baby Boot Camp Hawaii
For those waging war on the post-baby battle of the bulge, Baby Boot Camp has sessions at five locations around the island. Cardio and strength moves incorporate strollers and all instructors are nationally certified.
