1. Smart fitness machines, such as this sleek Tonal wall-mounted system, are all the rage for their space-saving designs and the wide variety of workouts they offer, from strength training, cardio and boxing to yoga, barre and Pilates.

2. To soften the fitness area’s array of equipment, warmth and texture were introduced via flooring and wall coverings. The Infinity luxury woven vinyl flooring has the look of a cozy rug while being durable and antimicrobial. Done in a light oak, the slatted wood Acupanel acoustic wall panels offer both sound buffering and a relaxed, modern aesthetic.

3. Infrared saunas, which feature light-generated heat that penetrates deeper into muscles and tissue than traditional saunas, are thought to offer a host of health benefits.
