Honolulu Has a Dreamy New Kitchen and Bath Showroom

KiBa Studios is like your home reno Pinterest board come to life.

Anyone who’s done any kind of home renovation in Hawai‘i knows that’s it’s especially challenging. Tracking down your dream tile and finding the perfect cabinet hardware is made infinitely more difficult by the ocean of space between us and pretty much all major manufacturers. That’s why it’s incredibly exciting when a new showroom hits the scene, as is the case with KiBa Studios, a new brand from locally owned American Floor & Home.

Recently opened in Kalihi, KiBa Studios’ 1,400-square-foot showroom is full of fresh ideas for your home and features multiple kitchen and bathroom vignettes to peruse, along with mudroom, closet, office and lounge mock-ups. Styles range from modern and contemporary to transitional and traditional, with great design details to pore over.

In the kitchens, check out sleek countertops, custom cabinetry, the latest appliances and a slew of really cool built-in organizational accessories. The bathrooms feel like mini spa retreats (hello, soaking tub!) with eye-catching tile, glass enclosures and luxe plumbing fixtures. And, of course, thanks to KiBa’s parent company, there are flooring options aplenty. You’ll also want to take special note of collections that are exclusive to KiBa in Hawai‘i, including Island Pro closet and cabinetry systems and InvisaCook hidden induction cooktops.

What’s extra nice is that along with materials, KiBa also offers in-house design, project management and construction services—perfect for taking some of the stress out of your reno to-do list.

Monday to Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., 302 Sand Island Access Road, Kalihi, honolulu.kibastudios.com, @americanfloorandhome
