What It Is
Gear up for a VIP concert movie experience with the screening of Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour. The film follows Swift as she performs her biggest hits in a record-breaking concert—which, by the way, is slated to become the highest-grossing concert tour in history.
Guests will also have the option to book private watch parties across all Consolidated Theatres locations, with the capacity to serve one (solo dance party, anyone?) to 40 guests. Don your friendship bracelets and Taylor Swift-inspired attire and sing and dance to your heart’s content in an auditorium decked out with premium plush recliners and surround sound and picture immersion.
Private Watch Party Tickets:
According to Rod Tengan, Division Manager for Consolidated Theatres, pre-sales for this concert event are the highest pre-sales for any movie or event they have exhibited in 2022 and 2023. “Ticket sales are tracking very well, with Ward having the most advanced sales in our company. For Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour, while we are still tracking our advance sales, we are already getting a high volume of queries about the Private Watch Parties,” shares Kyler Kokubun, Consolidated Theatres’ marketing and events manager.

When and Where
Tickets are on sale now. Screening will begin at all Consolidated Theatre locations starting on Friday, Oct. 13, and private parties begin on Thursday, Oct. 19. The last day of screening has not been determined yet.
Kokubun says, “While there are a few variables that make predictions challenging, Taylor Swift is a phenomenon, as is her record-breaking Eras Tour. Based on the enthusiasm already with our pre-sales for this concert film, we are anticipating a long and vibrant engagement across all our locations.”
How Much It Costs
Tickets are $19.89 per ticket across all Consolidated Theatre locations. Yes, that price is inspired by Taylor Swift’s fifth studio album, 1989.
The private watch party costs $795.60 for up to 40 guests. Larger groups may be accommodated upon request.

Go Early for the Swag
Starting on opening day on Oct. 13, the theatre will be giving away limited-edition mini one-sheets of the movie poster, available for free to each guest on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Collectible cups ($11) and popcorn tubs ($14) commemorating the movie event will be available for purchase at the concession counter. Given the limited quantity, there will be a limit of 5 purchases per guest.
Insider tip: this collectible swag will go quickly, likely all on the first day. “We invite fans to purchase their tickets in advance for the first film screenings on Friday, Oct. 13. While it will be first-come, first-serve, coming out for opening day and the earliest screenings will give the best opportunity to receive swag and collectibles. Regardless if there are still collectibles in stock, the movie experience itself is promising to be epic,” says Kokubun.
