There is no bigger night for music in the Islands than the Nā Hōkū Hanohano Awards. The event, commonly referred to as the “Grammys of Hawai‘i,” always inspires buzzworthy style from attendees, who sport dramatic looks from local designers. This year’s event, its 40th anniversary, featured a sea of bright aloha prints, fierce geometric shapes and sleek silhouettes. To say the least, the fashion at this year’s Nā Hōkū Hanohano Awards did not disappoint.
