Justin Wine Dinner

Beachhouse at the Moana will present a special five-course wine dinner featuring the wines of Justin Winery on Tuesday, November 17. The event begins with a welcome reception at 6 p.m. followed by Chef De Cuisine Rodney Uyehara’s custom five-course dinner at 6:30 p.m.

Founded in 1981 by Justin and Deborah Baldwin, Justin Winery’s wines are produced with grapes from their 160 acre estate vineyards of Bordeaux varietals, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Justin has set the bar in levels of quality and consistency in the region and their prime bottling is Justin “Isosceles” and Justin “Justification”, both of which will be poured side by side with Chef Uyehara’s Wisconsin veal roast. Justin’s Rich Richardson will be present at the wine dinner to provide details and answer any questions about their fine wines.
