What: There are a couple of cliché Island qualities that are spot on. Love Spam? Yep. Slippahs all the time? Totally. Can’t get enough aloha shirts? Guilty as charged. What: Cue the Made-in-Hawai‘i cheerleaders! One of our fave local crafters, Sara Smith of sustainable giftwrap company Wrappily, is turning heads nationally, having just become a finalist in the 2015 Martha Stewart American-Made Audience Choice Awards in the Paper Crafts category. The awards program recognizes rising stars across the nation who have turned their passion for hand-crafted, well-designed goods into a business. Sound like Wrappily? We think so too.
