When submitting an entry, you must provide your contact information to validate the entry form. 4. Duplicate entries will be deleted. 5. Entries must be received by Sept. 9. 6. PacificBasin Communications is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries. 7. No purchase necessary. 8. Entrants must be 21 years of age or older. 9. Employees of PacificBasin Communications, AIO LLC and its affiliates or Awards sponsors and their immediate household members are ineligible to win the prize. 10. Giveaway entrants may be contacted by our editors for more information. 11. Giveaway is conducted and awarded solely by PacificBasin Communications; contest and awards sponsors are not party to it. 12. A random drawing will be conducted from all qualified entries to determine winners. 13. Winners do not need to be present to win. 14. Winners will be notified at the address or telephone number listed on the submitted form. 15. All prizes will be awarded. No cash substitutes. 16. Some restrictions may apply. 17. All federal, state, local taxes and license fees are the winners’ responsibility. 18. Winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, release and indemnity. 19.
