Honolulu’s entrepreneurial scene is looking brighter, thanks to the latest batch of Blue Startups graduates. Blue Startups, a local accelerator founded by Tetris mogul Henk Rogers and his daughter Maya in 2012, recently provided mentorships and up to $100,000 to eight companies over 14 weeks to develop their business models, marketing strategies and other logistics of a tech company. At a Shark Tank-like showcase, these were among the strongest swimmers:
