Chef Mavro is the place to go for the ultimate birthday celebration. When making reservations, be sure to mention that it’s your birthday and the staff will send out the restaurant’s celebration cake. It’s a white chocolate-mocha cake covered in dark-chocolate ganache, complete with a birthday candle. Pastry chef Jose Calpito created this decadent dessert after sipping on a white-chocolate mocha from Starbucks.
