When making reservations, be sure to mention that it’s your birthday and the staff will send out the restaurant’s celebration cake. It’s a white chocolate-mocha cake covered in dark-chocolate ganache, complete with a birthday candle. Pastry chef Jose Calpito created this decadent dessert after sipping on a white-chocolate mocha from Starbucks.
