The restaurant will highlight a selection of modern Spanish wines in a four course wine dinner.
The wines feature traditional Spanish grapes in their most current winemaking style including an Estate bottled Vintage Cava, the vibrant acidity of Verdejo, and two regions of Granache and Rioja. Then end with a nod to the past with a 1927 Alvear PX Sherry Solera Jerez.

Paired with 2005 Sierra Cantabria Rioja "Colleccion Privada"
