On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the Hilton Hawaiian Village’s restaurant will add to the menu creamy tomato basil soup, seared ʻahi Niçoise salad, Wagyu short rib, pan roasted Island snapper and Bûche de Noël.

THE BUFFET AT HYATT
The buffet celebrates the end of its second year with some special items available on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Select from king crab, Pacific Northwest oysters, garlic bacon cream udon, roast leg of lamb, poke or other hot and cold items. A carving station will also feature prime rib, honey ham and roasted free range turkey. Kids can pick up chicken strips, penne and cheese, and other favorites at the keiki station. STRIPSTEAK WAIKĪKĪ
The Hale ʻAina Award winner will feature a three-course prix fixe menu for the holidays. Stripsteak’s “Instant” Bacon has pork belly, crispy oyster and black pepper-soy glaze. Then, select either coconut lobster bisque with Kona lobster or the winter kale salad with quinoa, pomegranate and pecorino. Diners can dig into garlic and herb crusted prime rib as the main course, before ending with macadamia nut bread pudding. For $35, diners can substitute their entrée for a 14-ounce American Washugyu New York strip steak.

Take your taste buds on a journey through Sicily with executive chef Hiroyuki Mimura’s holiday course menu, Le Festivita. The adventure begins with king crab and Osetra caviar, followed by thinly sliced beef tenderloin.
